Growing up, we learned early that money doesn't grow on trees. It takes hard work, discipline and sacrifice. And from a young age, we both knew we wanted more out of life. More freedom. More impact.

About three years ago, we both realized that in order to build the lives we dreamed of, sales was the route that would take us there. CJ built his career in life insurance, while Hannah built hers in health insurance. For years, we were building separately, learning different sides of the industry, sharpening different skill sets and chasing our own goals.

We decided to give the dream we always talked about as kids a real shot. We stopped building separately and went all in together.

Two hustles. Same goal.

To show young, driven go-getters that you don't have to come from money, connections or a perfect situation to build your dream life. You just have to be willing to work for it, bet on yourself and refuse to settle.

Do I need a license to apply?

No. Book a call either way. If you aren't licensed yet, we'll point you to the pre-licensing course and exam for your state and help you plan around it.

Do I need sales experience?

No. Our 2-week training program covers products, the script, objections and the portal, and your team lead coaches you on live calls after that.

Where are your offices?

We have offices in Tampa, FL, St. Pete, FL and Akron, OH. All sales are done by phone, and your team lead will go over where and when you'll work.

Where do leads come from?

Our leads are generated in-house through Meta ads. We'll walk you through how leads are purchased and worked during your training schedule.

How do I get paid?

Agents are paid on commission, and pay grows with your comp level. We'll go over comp levels and carrier advances in detail on your call.
